These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "Client", or "User") and Yazh Kalaiyagam ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at yazhkalaiyagam.com and all associated services.
By enrolling in any of our programs, booking a performance, or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) and that you accept these Terms in full.
Yazh Kalaiyagam provides the following services:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Our programs are open to individuals of all skill levels. There are no prior experience requirements unless specifically stated for advanced courses.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required registration fee and completion of all required enrolment documents. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.
Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the registration form and provide consent. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation.
Course and program fees are as communicated at the time of enrolment. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule provided at enrolment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension from the program.
Payments not received by the due date may incur an administrative charge. We reserve the right to suspend access to classes until outstanding fees are cleared.

All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour at all times. The following conduct is not permitted:
Breach of this conduct policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent expulsion from the program without refund.
Performance bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed deposit. No performance date is reserved until this is received.
Cancellations by the client are subject to the terms in our Refund Policy. We recommend purchasing event insurance for large bookings.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a booked performance due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, illness, etc.), we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
The client is responsible for providing a safe performance space, adequate sound setup (where applicable), and any permits or permissions required for the venue.
All content on the Yazh Kalaiyagam website — including text, images, logos, videos, and course materials — is the property of Yazh Kalaiyagam and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided proper attribution is given.
Traditional Tamil art forms taught at Yazh Kalaiyagam are part of the public cultural heritage. Our teaching materials, choreography, and specific artistic interpretations, however, remain our intellectual property.
Participation in dance, percussion, and performance arts involves physical activity. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that Yazh Kalaiyagam is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or accident that may occur during classes or performances, except where caused by our gross negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yazh Kalaiyagam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
