We understand that circumstances change. This policy is designed to be fair to both our students and clients, and to our instructors and performers who dedicate their time to prepare for every class and event. Please read this carefully before enrolling or booking.
Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before start
Partial refund if cancelled 7–13 days before start
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before start
The following refund schedule applies to all training programs and course enrolments:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your enrolment to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 5 days before the program begins. Please contact us at admin@yazhkalaiyagam.com to arrange this.
If you need to postpone your attendance, we offer one free deferral per enrolment, subject to availability in the next intake. Deferrals must be requested at least 7 days before the program start date. A second deferral may be subject to an administration fee.
We handle genuine medical and emergency situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend due to a serious medical condition or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible with relevant documentation. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include deferral or a partial credit.
Fees paid for UAE certification programs are non-refundable once the certification process has commenced, as costs are incurred with the certifying body. If you withdraw before the certification process begins, the standard training program refund schedule above applies.
The following refund schedule applies to all performance bookings made with Inniyam Parai Kuzhu:

One free reschedule is offered per booking, subject to availability, if requested at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event are treated as a cancellation.
In the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed performance booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to sudden illness, force majeure, or venue issues), we will:

Yazh Kalaiyagam reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your enrolment or booking will apply to that transaction. We encourage you to review this page before making any payment.
